Submission of the following are required for enrollment:
- Completed enrollment forms – including health and immunization records.
- Payment of the required non-refundable enrollment fee per student application.
Additional information
- Children entering Kick Start Kindergarten must turn 5 years of age on or before December 31 of the year they are enrolling.
